Good at taking Alot from Customers But Silent at Communication

What a Sad experience I have had with TakeALot, I'm absolutely disappointed as their service. I bought and Fully paid for a Huawei Smart Watch Charger at the beginning of February 2022, at 1st I was told I would get my Charger on the 12 of Feb, then the date changed to 19 February 2022. Well I am still waiting till today, no communication from them what so ever for an entire 4 months, while they were able to gladly take my money in a few seconds. Getting a refund has proved to be jumping hoops before u get. I honestly thought they were really the best in the country but the silent treatment and total disregard of how they owe me had been absolutely shocking. Personally I honestly do not see myself using them again or recommending them to anyone else
