Takealot is an excellet brand overall.HOWEVER, when it comes to collecting your returns they are the headache.They better become *****sters for a while for the sake of avoiding to collect your returns.I requested them to collect my returns,the collection date was over due by almost 7 dqys until I call them.They told me that their system shows them that I cancelled the request and I'm no longer returning items.I was shocked.
