Gone from disappointing to disgusting

<p>I placed an order with takealot on the 19th of December and according to the website it would have been deleivered by the 22nd. The next day when I went to tract the progress the delivery suddenly jumped to 29 December. Seeing that this was a Christmas gift the date was a problem. I contacted takealot and days later received a mail stating that the supplier was out of stock. When I placed the order there was stock plus it was one of those dauly deals of theirs. I then told them that I will not be at the delivery addres stated as guess what, it is smack bang in the middle of the festive season. This is when takealot went quiet and I hav enot heard from them since. Somehow the order was delivered and signed for by a complete stranger at my office, this without me being informed of the delivery. takealot has opted not to return my mails and no longer respond to my posings on their facebook site. There is a word for this; ***ard. </p> <p>So if you would like to be dissapointed when it matters most feel free to use takealot. I for one will never again be dissapointed or in this case be discuted by them.</p>
