Going the EXTRA MILE to help a customer

I'd like to say a big thank you to Abdul Abrahams who assisted me from start to finish, a problem occurred during a transaction between PAYFAST & TAKEALOT, & I contacted TAKEALOT & was assisted by Abdul. He was very patient & kept following up with me telephonically whilst speaking to his management/superiors, eventually the problem was resolved :-) I've been a TAKEALOT customer for quite some time & appreciate the excellent service rendered, please commend Abdul!
