Going The Extra Mile To Get My Parcel Here On Time

<p>Placed an order on Takealot's website for Christmas presents + extras. After receiving a message saying my delivery will only be here 9th of Jan, I contacted them immediately to find out why. Turns out one specific product that I had purchased was not in stock ( I mistakenly overlooked that on the product page in exitement and added it to my cart). I asked them to please send the rest of the order and they immediately acted and changed my order. </p> <p> </p> <p>My order arrived very late the evening with Mr. D working around the clock to get the orders out, but a friendly delivery guy brought my parcel in time for Christmas even with the complications. </p> <p> </p> <p>Excellent service, communication and feedback from Takealot. I place an order at least once a month as I live in the middle of nowhere far away from shops and I have NEVER had an issue with any of my orders. Well done Takealot</p>
