Going the Extra Mile

We order regularly from Takealot and usually they advise that we will receive our orders within 3-5 days. In fact they arrive within 24 hours. On this particular occasion one of the items namely Yves Rocher eye cream was incorrect as the offer was for 30 ml and they only sent a 15ml tube. We contacted them and they offered to refund the money. However we wanted the product and suggested that they provide us with a second 15ml tube. Without any further ado they sent a second tube.
