Going in circles with no end.

I am both appauled and disappointed.

I have made use of takealot for many years and this time last is the worst experience i have ever had. They had falsely stated "eligible for cash on delivery" on several products that i wanted to order (or at least they contradicted what the app said so that is my opinion)

I emailed them regarding this, where they tell me 1 thing and the app says another. Over a week of trying to get this resolved i got nowhere, no assistance and my query was never resolved before they just closed the reference. Plus i requested to speak directly to someone of management which too went unanswered and i never got the phone call which i had requested several times.

At this point i will take my business elsewhere until they get their facts in a row.
