Going Downhill

Last two orders have been a bad experience. First no longer stocking an item they advertised and took my money for. (Did offer a refund). Secondly used the credit plus paid in to buy a book (that is available in most book stores) on 25 November 2017. Delivery date is January 2nd 2018. Come on get real !!
