Going Down

Unlike Amazon, who are a monopoly that keeps their customers happy by giving excellent prices and service, Takealot is abusing their monoply by ripping people off. A consumer item, made in South Africa that I bought earlier in the year has almost doubled in price. The excuse is that the Rand has fallen in value, but not by 100% and not on local content. Takealot are not my first choice for online shopping any more.
