Giving faulty products to other customers

<p>parcel faulty. ordered and returned on another profile. site showed stock available. but thry kept saying cant replace. then ordered from another profile... received item. same ****... just photocopied the burnt book. cork tops with massive holes in it. hcl empty... takealot... unimpressive... they sent a faulted product to another customer knowing very well it was faulty</p>
