Gives less credit than what was paid for item

I purchased item. Wrong model arrived and half the items in package. Returned it for exchange. They offered a credit but the amount is less than what was paid. I've been trying to get this sorted out via email and there absolutely horrible online help centre with no results. Credit is still less than paid. Save yourself allot of pain and stress, DO NOT purchase from Takealot. Life is too short for there incompetence and the incompetence.
