GIVE ME MY REFUND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

I ordered a couple of things through Takealot using payflex and when they arrived I noticed my ALREADY paid for Maybelline concealer was missing, I then called in and told an agent about this, she confirmed that there will be a redelivery, few days later an agent by the name of Jonah said the redelivery was scheduled, I then ordered me a MAC mini fix spray WHICH I PAID FOR NOT PAYFLEX and when it arrived it looked used, wasn't a full bottle and the box was damaged, I then returned it for my acc to be credited and GUESS WHAT THEY DID! They decided to take that credit and REPAY for a concealer I already paid for with PAYFLEX. Anyway I received the concealer then they had another of the EXACT SAME concealer delivered to me AGAIN and when I returned it they refunded payflex!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE!?!?!? FACTS: I ALREADY RECEIVED MY CONCEALER THAT WAS PAID FOR I SHOULD BE RECEIVING MY REFUND FOR THE COMPLETELY SAPARATE ORDER THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYFLEX. ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW PLEASE JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!!!!
