Gift gone wrong, thanks Takealot.

I have placed an order the 28th May, till today no delivery, I got 2 sms's saying delivery before 5pm then a delay, now nothing. The call center is just a useless been on the call for over 10min no answer. My daughter's gift ruined, can I just be refunded.
