Getting worse

The turn around time is 2-5 days I make provisions for buying dog food from them, they had promised Tuesday, my order is already shipped but I'll only get it on Thursday.. That will be more than 7 days. I always order my dog food and cat food from them however the last two times they were late. There is no customer service, to find out why the date changed literally over night.
