Getting nowhere with Takealot!

I have been struggling to get an invoice out of Takealot. I am aware that the items were supp**** by a 3rd party & that there is a process to follow, which I have followed. It is now a week later & still no luck. I have logged queries via the website & keep getting told it will be resolved.. and yet its still unresolved. Invoice Number: ***1 Can this please be resolved as I need to submit this invoice to the company I work for as it was items purchased for them!
