Getting it wrong twice
I ordered four Revlon PhotoReady Eye art items in four colours along with a few other bits and pieces. When I got my delivery three of the four makeup items I ordered was in the wrong colour. Not just a little wrong! Instead of the black, copper and peach that I ordered I got green blue and purple. Naturally I returned the items and Takealot ordered replacements for two of the three (the last was not in stock) but when I got the replacements they were the exact same colours, if not the same items I returned previously. Once again instead of peach and black I got purple and blue. I do not understand how you can get the same thing wrong twice. The bar codes are different, the colour in the description is different the only thing that is the same is the brand. I am very frustrated with the backwards and forwards nature of this transaction and the fact that no one seems to know what is going on. This is the first time I've had bad service from Takealot.
