GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

I ordered a washing machine from takealot on the 14th of February 2023. It was due to be delivered on the 22nd but they failed to deliver. After trying to find out what is happening and numerous emails and calls to their useless third party courier company this morning I got informed that it will now only be delivered on Monday. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! Takealot has become a company that takes your money and then they don't give a F#$% about you as client. They use third class couriers like Fast and Furious or should I say the not so fast and the not so furious; only furious that you get is a furious client.
