Get rid of rude driver please

I was waiting on a delivery this morning , Takealot | Order placed | ***2 . The driver came , I was in my room getting ready . He was very rude towards my son and left. I only saw the white bakkie turning at the end of the street. He didn't wait 2 minutes. As a regular Takealot customer , I was very disappointed and I received a SMS saying that the driver came but could not reach me, what's a lie. I called customer service and the parcel should be delivered today hopefully. Takealot should get rid of rude drivers with attitude. Bad service delivery but thumb up for the customer service representative who handle my complaint.
