Get Little but Take alot!

The name of the company is ambiguous. Although my recent order was very small and quite insignificant when considering their many orders, my experience and its resolution were not happy ones.

I placed an order on 22 October for delivery to the Takealot Office in George. My money (via my credit card) was gladly accepted and notification was received that the delivery would date would be 6 November. Nothing happened!

On 10 November, at cost to myself, I phoned their customer service. The issue was not resolved, but I was told they would revert back after contacting the warehouse. I received an email to that effect and then I waited. Last night I received another email stating that the order had been escalated. To no avail...

Today I received another email stating that, as they did not have any stock, my order was cancelled and my Takealot account would be credited. This is totally unacceptable as my credit card has been debited, my Takealot profile has been credited and I still sit within any product!

If they cancelled the order, my credit card (to which they have all the details) should be refunded.

Definitely Takealot but get little...
