Their newest marketing to try compete with Amazon is a load of nonsense. Ordered two items and paid R90 to get it the next day. It has been 4 days and the order hasn’t even left the warehouse. What makes things worst is no one can give you any information. My issue has been “escalated” twice but what does that mean? In 3 days no one has bothered to follow up with my issue. I decided to cancel the order and I am told how sorry they are followed by them telling me they will take it up with the correct departments. Ya right. It’s all just copy and paste nonsense replies and nothing gets done. Give me my money back so I can take it to Amazon.
