Get a new courier service!

<p>I ordered last week Tuesday, on the 27th of December, an Explora and a book, almost worth R2500. The delivery date was yesterday. I have been tracking the order since, and can see that the parcel is at the couriers from the 30th, in Kroonstad, not far from the delivery address. Why haven't they deliver it yet? I understand with all the public holidays it is difficult, but I won't mind picking it up either. I don't think Takealot.com is bad, at all! BUT the courier service, FedEx? terrible!! I did phone Takealot customer services yesterday and they assured me that my parcel will be delivered today. I do hope so...ref nr> ********** </p>
