Check delivery status 11th December - expected delivery 27th Dec. Post Xmas. These are Xmas gifts. Get on the phone, no the one power bank is all of a sudden out of stock. Annoyed. Cancel one power bank.

12th December check delivery status. Still 27th Dec. Have been on hold 3 times for 10 minute increments each. One lady, working at the extension who has been assisting me each time, tells me no she must transfer. I beg not to be transferred as I will sit on hold AGAIN, heartlessly slams me onto a transfer and tells me I'm wrong and at the wrong extension.

Eventually another lady tells me more stuff is out of stock. Strangely everything was available when I placed my order and gave you my money.

Over you, order cancelled, I expect my money back by next friday (5-7) working days and I will hold you to that.

Never have I been met with such utter stupidity and incompetence and I don't want any bull about you being busy at christmas time. We all are, so I could care less.
