Geniune end-user UI feedback of HTML display ShippingMethod

I was under the impression that collecting a package was free. When checking-out I saw the HTML ShippingMethod label and I thought that I have to pay a involuntary R25 for it to be shipped quicker.

Reason for this "Why the wait?" at quick glance made me think that I am paying this involuntary R25 for the package to arrive faster

It sounds silly but that was my impressions and that is what the User Interface at first glance let me to believe.

A possible solutions is : 1) removing the "Why the wait?" in the ShippingMethod label and moving it to the next page, or somewhere else or 2) Next to the delivery cost R25 (standard delivery)
