Genesis Cyclovac a dud

I've always had very good service from takealot but in this instance I was very disappointed. I bought a Genesis cyclovac vacuum cleaner from them and within 2 weeks the wheels on the cleaner head were popping off and on closer inspection the plastic on the bottom of the cleaner head was already showing signs of wearing thin. I found this unacceptable considering my home is mostly carpeted. I went through the usual returns process but Takealot have refused to either replace or refund me. What bad service! I now have a nearly brand new vacuum that is unusable!
