Generic responses with no Outcome - The TakeAlot way
On the 19th of November Order #*** was placed and paid . Delivery was supposed to be the 26 November - Complaint was lodged about late delivery - The only response is it was sent to the wrong courier and we can not find the parcel
Take Alot use their own courier ....so where is the parcel - The same generic response is delivered every time Please assist

Driver collected the wrong parcel - I contacted TakeAlot the same day - Collecting the correct parcel was arranged in 48 hours - returning the parcel that was wrongly collected is an impossible mission -
