Generic part supp**** instead of genuine Dell spare

I purchased 14.8V 40Wh "Genuine" Dell Battery M5Y1K 07G07 from Takealot. They supp**** a generic part which is not fully compatible with the Dell Laptop. I am insisting that they supply the item that was advertised and paid for.
