GENERATOR UNDER WARRANTY TAKEALOT SERVICE UNDER QUESTION??????????

Well, I bought a generator, which is still under warranty. They come and fetch said generator from my home after it blew my appliances, and bring it back in a terrible condition, it is full of petrol on the outside, no correspondence received from them. I am disgusted, and should I try to use said generator, will takealot take on the liability of my health and those that reside with me, considering the plastic packaging is full of petrol.
