Genearally a experience, but have had multiple delayed deliveries and wasted days waiting...

This roughly the 3rd or 4th time where I've wasted a day waiting for a delivery that never happens... After attempting to contact support I get no response... Its not every time but it's happened too many times. I love shopping with takealot, almost all the time is a great experience but this is getting frustrating...
