Gazebo delivery joke

I'm utterly disappointed with the service we got from this company they delivered a very old Gazebo, it was torn, the *****s rusty and some things were damaged. How could a whole company deliver damaged goods when we paid with no hustles. This is/was a huge inconvenience as we had plans to use it today luckily the weather is Grey. Is this how you do do business now? I'm not impressed at all I thought this was a joke
