Gave my parcel to someone else then received the wrong item. Really poor service

Went to collect my toaster, waited a long time and then was told it was given to someone else. They phoned this person who had to come all the way back to the Plumstead location. When I got home I opened my parcel only to find out it contained a hand mixer. What a sh*t show.
