Gatvol for takealot's non-existent service😠😠😠

My mom ordered a watch from takealot in November and according to the online store, they had to get the stock from Cape Town. After she received other stock on the same order, she was notified that takelot's supplier is out of stock. After phoning the call centre and following up on the watch last week, she was notified that the watch cannot be credited as a bunch of MTN airtime vouchers was purchased to the same value as the watch. We phoned again as she did not purchase this as we were waiting for the credit of the watch. The original price of the watch was R1999 and she was notified that if they were to do a credit it will only be for R1849. I tried phoning them multiply times of which they rep**** to me on email. After numerous mails explaining the situation I was notified yesterday that the supplier received new stock and takealot will be happy to supply the watch if we still want it, to which I agreed on. Today I was notified that they can no longer supply the watch as the query regarding the order has not been resolved and they will no longer deal with me. What do we need to do to get the credit sorted out? Ref no:***
