Gas burners

In April I orderd 1 set of 4 gas burners and a seprate gas burner.total of 5 burners. Only received 2 burners of the total order and now after a long story and no word that they dont have stock available they only credit my account with the money for the 4 set burners and not the seprate burner as well. Waiting almost a week for an account refund update!!
