Garmin Watch tied to wine bottles? Or perhaps drowning in it?

I ordered a Garmin Watch and other products, along with some wine bottles (±2 bottles) from Takealot on 23 June 2021. The order was scheduled for delivery on the 28th of June 2021. The President of SA spoke regarding Level 4 Lock-down on the evening of 27 June 2021, and so I never got my Garmin Watch and other products delivered. After numerous attempts at sending messages and "opening tickets" on the Takealot.com web page, AND via Facebook messenger on their Facebook page, to find out what happened to my order, order number #***4, I decided to look for a CONTACT NUMBER again. After ±10 min. of being "on hold", someone finally answered and assisted me & told me that "because the order included wine, it couldn't be SEPARATED, and that is the reason for the delay in delivery! To which I promptly responded that any IDIOT could think to SEPARATE the products, so that the PAID order could be sent out, without the wine bottles!!! It is now Monday, 5 July 2021, just past 12:30, and I still haven't gotten a call to say that they will be delivering my Garmin Watch today.
