Garmin watch return

Takealot is a ****ing joke! I bought a new Garmin Vivo Active 5 watch and within 3 month, the face has scratch so badly and the band showed that is has also have some damage.

Such poor quality for such and expensive watch. I send the product back to Takealot, only to receive communication back 3 days later to say that the watch has user damaged. i email numerous times with no response.

Today the watch has been delivered to me with no solution.

This customer service is poor poor poor.
