Garmin Venus sq smart watch

I’ve ordered a Garmin watch and when I’ve received the packet the box wherein the watch should’ve been in the top seal was broken and no watch inside.. I’ve tried to contact them without any luck. It was the first time I’ve ordered anything from Take-a-lot and I’m very disappointed in their service. How can I get the watch that I’ve ordered?
