Galaxy Note9 Pre-Order late

Galaxy Note9 Pre Order was scheduled for delivery on 24th of August at time of payment. On the 24th the device has not even reached Takealot's wharehouse yet. I work abroad and leaving on the 27th again only returning next year and I fear the device will not reach me in time.
