GALAVANIC FACIAL DEVICE - NO RETURN SERVICE

I bought a galvanic facial device from takealot in january which arrived in february 2022, I then charged the device and used it all of five times, i then tried to charge it up again, thereafter the device stopped working. Now Takealot is telling me they refuse to return or refund me on the item as it has no warrenty, I have now lost R1200.

this service is disgusting, I would not buy any electrical items from takealot ever again.
