Furious Customer !!

Logged a Return on Monday the 26th August 2019 RRN-2*** for Order #***0 and to date I am still waiting for Takealot to collect the Microwave that never worked, Takealots customer Service is Pathetic ,the are arrogant and Very Rude ,I don't think I will be buying from Takealot ever again !!!
