Furious and Sooooooooooooo Annoyed

Im soo Upset and Annoyed. I made an Order 2weeks ago and I have not received anything till Today. When I checked on the app My order says Delivered and Signed by me while I got Nothing. I have made contact for the whole 2 weeks and they keep Saying they investigating... What Exactly is being under Investigation for weeks. No Communication and No Follow-up from them nothing and when I Reach out to them, I just get Automated Emails.
