Full of nonsense

I made an order from take a lot and they decided to make a delivery at my old physical address which is more or less 40km from my current location. I was shocked to hear this as take a lot has repeatedly delivered my parcels at my new physical address three times already this year. The delivery guy was so rude and not willing to hear me out. I was told I would receive a call to reschedule delivery. Still waiting to this day. This is really an inconvenience for me because as soon as I was informed my parcel is on it’s way, I rushed home from work to wait on the delivery as I’m currently staying alone. This is utter nonsense and unacceptable. Take a lot is really undermining the value of a pleased customer.
