Full delivery not received

I have received my order on friday but one of my items are still missing. I contacted the customer care on the same day and the lady I spoke to said that she will get back to me in an hour on the same day. I am still waiting and absolutely no1 has contacted me regarding this! I have been trying to call the customer care line all week including the delivery line but no1 answers at all.

This is unacceptable and bad customer service!

If someone could please call me regarding this issue as soon as possible!
