Frustrations with Takealot returns policy

I have had the worst service in the last few days.... I tried to return an item that is not working and they keep closing the ticket without resolving the issue.

The second issue they credited me and I purchased something else and their collection depot is terrible. Still, I don't have the item and now only after the second time when my mom tried to collect on my behalf did they say oh not you can't collect. Really!!???

Now I am sitting with a package sitting at a depot that I cannot collect and an item that doesn't work.
