Frustration upon frustration!

Pathetic service and *********** call centre personnel. Have received a delivery addressed to me, but with someone else’s order. Have been struggling for over a week now to get them to understand that it is not what I have ordered, that it must be another client’s order. To get a refund or an exchange from them has been an absolute nightmare! About 10 emails, and 8 telephonic calls later, and I still have not received my original order in full.
