Frustrating service 😑 😒 it makes me sick 😫

I ordered a professional pressed comb with accessories and an 11 in 1 professional hair and nose trimmer by take a lot. Instead, they delivered 2 pressed combs, one comb is marked as the hair and nose trimmer. I have been trying to return the second comb to no avail, takealot's service is so ****** poor it makes me sick. I wonder how illiterate is the person who was packaging the products.
