Frustrating customer service experience

Quite a frustrating experience trying to get my cellphone back following a warranty inspection. The inspection was concluded on 8 February and since then I have corresponded with multiple customer care agents via e-mail to organise the return delivery. The agents only reply with generic responses and have thus far not been able to provide any concrete answers or support. Should I report my phone to the police as ******?
