Frustrating

I bought the goods on 01/11/2024 and the goods were scheduled to be delivered on the 09/11/2024 but all of a sudden on the 9th the delivery was rescheduled after I wanted the entire day for the delivery. The new delivery date is the 10th, I’m again waiting for the delivery for another day. It’s 12 and the order has not moved. This is such an inconvenience. The gift was supposed to be a birthday gift. No one responds to my emails.
