Frustrating

So I placed an order on takalot on the 22 December 2021 and expected delivery was 5January 2022 and nothing has been delivered up to now, which is not really the problem, when I track the order there doesn't seem to be any movement of the products or any communication as what is happening. The dates are exactly the same.
