Frustrating and Unreliable Service.

Takealot’s service has been absolutely disappointing. I placed an order on the 13th, with shipping scheduled for the 21st of November and delivery expected on the 25th. When I checked the app, the delivery date had suddenly been pushed to the 2nd of December. Today, I checked again, only to find it moved yet another day—to the 3rd. What frustrates me even more is that the very same item still shows “order today, get it tomorrow” on the app. How does that make sense? How do they even operate? I’m genuinely ****ed!
