Frustrated with the script

It feels wrong giving a bad review to my favourite shopping platform, but how else? I've been trying to test logic for weeks now by speaking to a person or getting someone to deviate from the script to just long enough to hear me out. I'm frustrated and want to speak to a real person about being refunded with a coupon that is specific for a certain brand.
