Frustrated with takealot!

I bought an ipad and a smart watch from takealot. When my mother received the box, there was no iPad or smart watch. Instead there was some ***** charging cable. I have been trying to follow this up for almost two weeks without success. I am very frustrated and need to get a refund. They have refunded the cheaper smart watch but not the iPad. Nothing has worked so far regarding the iPad!!!
